Toasty Twelve – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Toasty Twelve (the "App"), developed by Toasty Systems ("we," "us," or "our"), handles your information.
The short version: we don't collect any of your data. Everything the App stores stays on your device.
Information the App Stores
To keep score, the App lets you enter player names and saves the results of completed matches. This includes:
- Player names that you type in. These can be anything you like, such as a nickname or a made-up name. Real names are not required.
- Match history, including the date of each match, the winner, and each player's final score.
This information is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.
Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not:
- Collect, transmit, or share any personal information
- Require an account, sign-in, email address, or phone number
- Access your location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone
- Use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools of any kind
- Track you across other apps or websites
- Sell or share data with third parties
Crash Reports
If you have chosen in your iPhone's settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. These help us find and fix bugs. They do not identify you, and Apple controls this setting, not the App. You can change it at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
Deleting Your Data
All data the App stores is saved locally on your device. To delete it, delete the App from your device (using Delete App, not Offload App, which keeps the data). Your device backups may still contain App data, depending on your iCloud or computer backup settings.
Children's Privacy
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data leaves the device, no personal information from children is collected, stored, or shared by us.
Contacting Support
If you email us for support, we only use the information you choose to send to reply to your request. Please don't include more personal information than you need to.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
